Pablo Fernández Díaz-Fierros (Madrid, 1973) graduated in 2002 with a degree in architecture from the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Sevilla (ETSAS) and obtained the Master’s degree in Architecture and Historic Heritage from the University of Seville in 2014. Currently, he is doctoral researcher at the ETSAS on architectural photography in the 50s and the early 60s in the 19th century in Spain.
Pablo is a professional architectural photographer since 2003, working for architects of recognized prestige, construction companies, public administrations and publishing groups. His photographs has been shown, both in individual as well as collective exhibits, in Santiago, Girona, Sevilla and Málaga, and he has also given conferences, courses and workshops in universities, professional colleges and architectural foundations. His photographs are published regularly in books and magazines from all over the world.
As an architect Pablo founded Costa Fierros architects with Sara Tavares Costa in 2003, located in Seville. Since its inception, the studio has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from the constructions projects and restorations to the urban public space. In 2011 they obtained the “Málaga Architectural Award”.
